How does delivery and pickup work?
We drop the totes at your door before your move and pick them up empty from your new address once you're unpacked.
What if I need more time?
All plans include a 10 or 14 day rental window. Need longer? No problem. Contact us — we offer flexible extensions.
What if a tote gets damaged?
Totes are built to handle normal moving wear. Contact us if something happens and replacement costs are in the contract.Â
Do I need to be home for delivery/pickup?
We'll coordinate a time that works for your schedule when you book.
