We drop the totes at your door before your move and pick them up empty from your new address once you're unpacked — no need to break down or return anything yourself.

What if I need more time?

All plans include a 10-day rental window. Need longer? Contact us — we offer flexible extensions.

What if a tote gets damaged?

Totes are built to handle normal moving wear. Contact us if something happens and we'll work it out.

Do I need to be home for delivery/pickup?

We'll coordinate a time that works for your schedule when you book.
